Phone: (715) 346-1572 E-mail		The City Clerk's office administers the the Smongeski Health Fund, which was established by Antone L. Smongeski, an attorney in Stevens Point in the early 1900s. The Health Fund provides for dental sealants for children ages 5 - 9 without income restrictions, and provides for free vitamins and toothbrushes for children ages 5 - 16 without income restrictions. The Fund also provides for eye exams and eyeglasses. Some financial guidelines apply. The Fund pays a maximum of $50 for eyeglass frames.
