on plans for some alternatives regarding the terminal improvements. We have meet with the Bureau of Aeronautics

has been completed. Topsoil and seeding are next on the list followed up with the final lift of asphalt.

to do normal maintenance such as pot hole filling, catch basin repair, grass cutting, storm damage, garbage and
recycling, painting and sign work, pit operations, street sweeping, shouldering, banners, flags and barricades,
sewer maintenance and other related work. Crack filling streets and the airport runway is a major project this
time of year.
4. Other Items.
Deer Hunting in 10th Ward. Attached are the minutes
of the Deer Management Committee. No changes are being made for hunting in the 10th Ward area including allowing
hunting only in the second season. It is recommended that approval is give to hunt in the 10th Ward on an annual
basis; not requiring approval each year unless changes are made to the plan.
