Fourth Ave to close at the intersection of Prentice St. and Fourth Ave.  - The intersection will close Aug. 22 for 2 weeks with a signed detour. Closure is to complete storm sewer tie-ins & grading operations for the Prentice St Reconstruction Project. The intersection will open back up by Fri., Sep. 1, 2017, weather depending.
North Point Drive to close between Division Street North and Prentice Street North  - North Point Dr. from Division St N. to Prentice St N. will close Aug. 21, 2017 with a signed detour. The closure is to complete utilities for the new Sentry building. The corridor is anticipated to be opened by Friday, Sep. 1, 2017, weather depending.

Ald. Jennings to Hold Office Hours  - Stevens Point First District Alder Tori Jennings will hold office hours on Thursday, Aug. 24 at Hi Rise Manor, 1300 Briggs Ct 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Any district or city resident may attend to share ideas and discuss concerns or questions about city matters.

Hoover & Industrial Park Rd. Intersection Closed Aug. 7 - Mid-October  - The Hoover Rd. Rail Grade Separation project will close the intersection of Hoover and Industrial Park Rd. Mon., Aug. 7 until mid-October. The detour will be signed as it was in June. The completion date for the project has moved from Nov. 1 to Oct.18.

Construction on US 10 - Country Club Dr. to Badger Ave.  - Work on US 10 between Country Club & Badger is scheduled to begin as early as Monday, July 17. Work will include pavement repairs, maintenance & repairs on the I-39 overpass; updating signal loop detectors, and installing new signs & pavement markings. Read More
