Deferred Compensation

In order to give its Employees more options to save for retirement, the City of Stevens Point offers two 457 Deferred Compensation or "Deferred Comp" plans. These plans allow you to have money deducted from your paycheck, either on a pre-tax or after-tax basis, so you can collect it when you retire. Employees may voluntarily participate in either plan, or both of them.

For more information, contact one or both of the companies that manage the plans, or contact the City's Human Resources Manager.
