To accomplish its mission, the Assessor's Office uses methods in accordance with the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, Wisconsin State statutes (specifically chapter 70) and professionally accepted appraisal practices.

All staff in the Assessor's Office are certified by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
