Paying Invoices by Credit Card
Pay with Credit Card by Phone
To pay your invoices* by phone call 877-798-2046.

  • A convenience fee is charged on a tiered basis
  • Fee amount depends on the amount of your payment
  • Minimum fee of $1.50 is charged by Point&Pay
  • When asked what type of payment, select option 2 for Invoices.
  • Please have your invoice available for reference.
  • Do NOT use this phone number to pay for Citations from the Police Dept. or for other Ordinance Violation Citations issued by the City.
    Payment for those must go to the Portage County Clerk of Courts.

Pay your Invoice*
Online by Credit Card
You will be asked for the following information to complete the phone payment:

1. Customer Number or Invoice Number can be found on your invoice from the City on the top right side of the bill.
2. You will need to select Credit or Debit.
3. Enter the amount to be paid. You will be told the fee for the transaction before entering any credit card information.
4. Enter your credit card or debit card Information.
5. Enter a daytime phone number.

Pay with Credit Card in Person
You can come in to our office and make a payment Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay with Credit Card Online
You can also pay your invoice online by credit card.

*Invoices for Special Assessments cannot be paid online because of daily interest charges. Payment for Citations from the Police Dept. or for other Ordinance Violation Citations issued by the City must go to the Portage County Clerk of Courts.
