2. Transfer of vacant liquor license to Holiday Inn.

This item was removed from the Special Public Protection Committee meeting held just before this meeting.

3. Ordinance creating provisional retail license.

Ald. Barr moved, Ald. Pazdernik seconded, to adopt the ordinance creating the provisional retail license.

Roll Call: Ayes: Alderpersons Sevenich, Pazdernik, Perlak, Kedrowski, Barr, Rackow, Aldinger, Nealis, Phillips, Niedbalski
Nays: None. Motion carried.
