ITEM #1 - ASSESSOR'S REPORT

Motion made by Ald. Niedbalski, seconded by Ald. Rackow to approve the report of the Assessor and place it on file.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

ITEM #2 - REQUEST TO FILL VACANCY IN THE CITY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE

Motion made by Ald. Niedbalski, seconded by Ald. Rackow to approve the request to fill the vacancy in the City Assessor's Office.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

ITEM #3 - REQUEST FOR LIMITED TERM EMPLOYEE (LTE) IN THE CITY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE

Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Chairman Barr to approve the request for a limited term employee in the City Assessor's Office.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

ITEM #4 - PURCHASE AND SALE OF 625 SIXTH AVENUE AND 1528 WEST PEARL STREET

Comptroller-Treasurer Schlice stated this is similar to what was done earlier this year and is a continuation of the program.

Ald. Rackow questioned whether the sale of the lot will be deferred until the current buyer no longer lives in the home or the first new buyer.

Director Gardner answered all of the loans are deferred until the property owner no longer lives there. This has been standard procedure.

Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Ald. Pazdernik to approve the purchase and sale of 625 Sixth Avenue and 1528 West Pearl Street.

ITEM #5 - THIRD QUARTER ROOM TAX REPORT

Comptroller-Treasurer Schlice commented everything is going as planned.

Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Chairman Barr to approve the third quarter room tax report and place it on file.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

ITEM #6 - APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF CLAIMS

Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Chairman Barr to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $429,428.09.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
