2. Initial Resolution -authorizing the issuance
of not more than $1,510,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds.
Ald. Barr moved, Ald. Moore seconded, to authorize the issuance of not more than $1,510,000 General Obligation
Refunding Bonds.
Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Walther, Seiser, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Phillips, Moore.
Nay: None. Motion Carried.
3. Resolution - authorizing and providing
for the sale and issuance of $1,510,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2001, and all related details.
Ald. Rackow moved, Ald. Walther seconded, to authorize and provide for the sale and issuance of $1,510,000 General
Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2001, and all related details, with the winning bid submitted by CIBC World
Markets of New York, New York.
Ald. Rackow commended Comptroller-Treasurer Schlice and his staff for their hard work on this project and eventually
saving the City $60,505.00.
Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Walther, Seiser, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Phillips, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
