Revised Municipal Code.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
3. Inspection Reports.
December 2000 Report
Year-End Report
Director Gardner called the committee’s attention to the total valuation to date. He said there is a substantial
increase in all categories like the Single Family, Two-Family, and Multiple Family. The increase is partly due
to the availability of desirable lots in the City. Another reason for the increase is due to the fact that people
are starting to take advantage of the services that the City has to offer.
Another factor that added to the $37 million total valuation is the Lands End project, which amounted to $11 million
total valuation.
The director added that it has been a good year for construction in the City and strong all around.
Ald. Sevenich moved, Ald. Molski seconded, to accept the December 2000 Inspection Report and the Year-End Report
and place them on file.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
4. Adjournment - 6:05 P.M.
