2. Public hearing - approval by Common Council of the application for Law Enforcement Block Grant Funds and authorize the Mayor to execute the grant on behalf of the City.

As no one wished to speak, the Mayor declared the public hearing closed.

3. Resolution on the above.

Mayor Wescott explained that this Block Grant Funds Request is before the Council tonight for its action. The amount that the City is eligible for this year is $6,055 and the local matching amount is $673. The funding will be utilized for mobile data system in squad cars.

Ald. Seiser moved, Ald. Sevenich seconded, for adoption of the resolution.

Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Filipiak, Seiser, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Nealis, Phillips.

Nays: None. Motion carried.
