2. Special Board of Public Works meeting of March 21, 2002.

Ald. Rackow moved Ald. Molski seconded, to affirm the action taken by the members of the Board of Public Works and place it on file.

Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

3. Transfer of Wholesale and Class "B" Beer Licenses - Stevens Point Beverage Company, 2617 Water Street to SPB LLC, 2727 E. Newberry Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53211.

Ald. Barr moved, Ald. Sowieja seconded, for approval of the transfer of wholesale and Class "B" Beer Licenses from Stevens Point Beverage Company, 2617 Water Street, to SPB LLC, 2727 E. Newberry Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53211.

Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Phillips, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
