SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
City Water Department, 300 Bliss Avenue
April 8, 2002, 7:30P.M.
Mayor Gary W. Wescott, presiding


1. Roll Call: Present: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Filipiak, Seiser, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Nealis, Phillips, Moore

Also Present: Clerk Zdroik, C/T Schlice, Directors Disher, Gardner, Schrader, Van Alstine; Mayoral Assistant Molepske, Fire Chief Barnes, Barbara Martin (Journal), Gene Kemmeter (Portage County Gazette)

2. Approval of Agenda Item #5 of the Board of Public Works meeting of April 8, 2002.

The Board met earlier and acted on the above subject agenda. The agenda reads as follows:

"5. Consideration and approval of proposals - Soil Stabilization - Lincoln Center."

Motion was made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Barr, to accept the proposal for the soil stabilization at the Lincoln Center, not to exceed $52,900.

Motion passed by unanimous voice vote by the members of the Board of Public Works.

The Council then voted to approve the recommendation that came from the Board of Public Works.

The following is the motion:

Ald. Barr moved, Ald. Molski seconded, to approve Item #5 of the Board of Public Works
minutes of April 8, 2002.

Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Filipiak, Seiser, Sowieja, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Nealis, Phillips, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.

3. Adjournment - 7:32 P.M.
