SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Portage County Courthouse Annex
1462 Strongs Avenue, Conference Rooms 1 & 2
June 11, 2002, 6:00 P.M.
Mayor Gary W. Wescott, presiding


1. Roll Call: Present: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Filipiak, Seiser, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Nealis, Phillips, Moore

Excused: Ald. Sowieja

Also Present: Clerk Zdroik, Telecommunications Director Quirk, Telecommunications Commission members: Colantonio, Curtis, Patton, Pintar, Wyhuske; President Kell (V of Whiting), Tom Hagen (V of Whiting), President Shibilski (V of Plover), Administrator Merriam (V of Plover), Trustee Klismet (V of Park Ridge), President Holdridge (T of Hull), President Steinke (T of Plover)

2. Adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the proposed regulatory ordinance and cable franchise agreement.

Ald. Sevenich moved, Ald. Rackow seconded, to adjourn into closed session.

Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Sevenich, Walther, Filipiak, Seiser, Barr, Rackow, Molski, Nealis, Phillips, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.

3. Adjournment - 7:25 P.M.
