1 - ASSESSOR'S REPORT
Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Ald. Phillips to approve the report of the Assessor and place it on file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
2 - TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
(TDP)
C/T Schlice explained that this is a housekeeping matter that needed to come before the Finance Committee. It has
gone through the other steps in the system and just needed this one to finalize the process.
Ald. Walther stated that the Transportation Committee has voted unanimously to accept the proposal from Abrams-Cherwony
and Associates. He encouraged all the alderman to stop by the City Clerks Office or the Transit Department to look
at the proposal. They received two proposals and stated that the one from Abrams-Cherwony and Associates was the
best one.
Ald. Rackow agreeded with Ald. Walther and stated that this was an opportunity for outside eyes to come in and
look at how we are servicing people with mass transit.
Motion made by Ald. Rackow, seconded by Ald. Molski to approve the Transit Development Plan (TDP) with funding
to come from the transit budget.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
3 - APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
CLAIMS
Motion made by Ald. Nealis, seconded by Chairman Barr to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $1,316,468.12.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
