19.85(1)(e) for an update on bargaining.
3. Reconvene into open session (approximately 20 minutes after adjourning into closed session)
for action on a tentative agreement with AFSCME Local 348 - Clerical and Related.

1. Request for out of state travel,

Personnel Specialist Jakusz informed the Committee that due to budget constraints, this request is being pulled
from the agenda.
2. Adjourn into closed session
(approximately 7:35 P.M.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for an update on bargaining.
Ald. Filipiak moved, Ald. Seiser seconded, to adjourn into closed session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Rackow, Alderpersons Sevenich, Filipiak, Seiser, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
3. Reconvene into open session
(approximately 20 minutes after adjourning into closed session) for action on a tentative agreement with AFSCME
Local 348 - Clerical and Related.
Ald. Sevenich moved, Ald. Filipiak seconded, to reconvene into open session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Rackow, Alderpersons Sevenich, Filipiak, Seiser, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Ald. Filipiak moved, Ald. Moore seconded, to recommend to the Common Council approval of the 2001-2002 tentative
labor agreement with AFSCME Local 348 - Clerical and Related.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
4. Adjournment - 8:08 P.M.
