Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve the minutes of the January 15, 2002 meeting.

Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to approve the confirmation of the January 2002 bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Review, with possible action,
regarding recodification of Sections 5.04 through 6.02 of the Administrative Procedures of the Police and Fire
Commission
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to approve Sections 5.04 through 6.02 of the Administrative
Procedures of the Police and Fire Commission as presented with a few minor word and format changes.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Medical Retirement
Motor Pump Operator Glenn Dobbe will retire due to medical reasons effective February 28, 2002.
Fire Chief's Report
Chief Barnes reported:

Meyer, to approve the Fire Chief=s report for January 2002.

Donation - Police Department
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Myer, to accept a $20.00 donation to the CounterAct Program
from Robert and Catherine Rogers.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion Carried.
Police Chief's Report

Fandre, to approve the Police Chief's report for January 2002.

Adjourn into closed session
Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to adjourn into closed session pursuant to secs. 19.85(1)(b)
and (f), Wis. Stats. to discuss a Fire Department grievance.
