Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve the confirmation of the May 2002 bills.

Discussion, with possible action,

Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to approve Sgt. Mike Meronek attending a MOCIC conference
in Davenport, Iowa.

Discussion, with possible
action, to fill a vacancy in the Fire Department - Firefighter/Paramedic
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to approve the Fire and/or Police Chief to make a conditional
offer of employment up to five weeks prior to the start of a vacancy to a fully qualified candidate when a separation
or retirement date has been confirmed in writing and is not subject to change and/or cancellation by the fireman
or officer concerned.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
