Commissioner Boylan moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2002 and June
11, 2002 meetings.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Confirmation of Bills
Commissioner Fandre moved, seconded by Commissioner Boylan, to approve the confirmation of the June 2002 bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Donation
Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Boylan, to approve a $50.00 donation to the Safety Cadet Program
from the Stevens Point Noon Lions Club.

Review of Capital Improvements Budget - Police Department
and Fire Department
Commissioner Fandre moved, seconded by Commissioner Boylan, to support the Police Department's proposed 2003 capital
improvement budget requests as presented.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Commissioner Boylan moved, seconded by Commissioner Fandre, to support the Fire Department's proposed 2003 capital
improvement budget requests as presented.

Employee request to run for public office per City Administrative Policy 1.10, employee participation in partisan
political activity
Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Boylan, to approve the request of Sgt. Ron Carlson to run for
public office pursuant to City Administrative Policy 1.10.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

Meyer, to approve the Police Chief's report for June 2002.

Request by Fire Chief to sign mutual aid agreement with Waushara County Emergency Services
Commissioner Boylan moved, seconded by Commissioner
Meyer, to approve the Ambulance Service Mutual Aid Agreement as presented. Mayor Gary Wescott's signature will
be added to the agreement.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Fire Chief's Report

Meyer, to approve the Fire Chief's report for June 2002.

Wis. Stats. for a discussion, with possible action, regarding ambulance contract addendum negotiations.
