2. Request to hold Point Bock Run starting at noon on Saturday, March 1, 2003
Police Chief Carpenter said the Police Department
does not have a problem with the request. He is asking the event organizers to provide manpower at intersections
of the route. The Police Department will provide the fluorescent orange vests and requests that the event organizers
contact Police Sergeant Carlson, the Traffic Coordinator, to coordinate the event.
Scott Gralla, 4401 Heffron Street, one of the event organizers, informed the Committee that the Point Bock Run
will be advertised in a number of magazines.
Ald. Moore moved, Ald. Sevenich seconded, to approve the request to hold the Point Bock Run starting at noon on
Saturday, March 1, 2003.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
3. Recommendation on Inspection
Report.
Director Gardner commented that it has been a good year in spite of the economy. He went on to say that there is
a lot of new residential construction going on in the City.
Ald. Sevenich moved, Ald. Seiser seconded, to accept the November 2002 Inspection Report and place it on file.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
