Present: Chairman Rackow, Alderpersons Markham, Seiser, Molski, Moore
Also Present: Mayor Wescott, Comptroller-Treasurer Schlice, City Attorney Molepske, Clerk Zdroik, Directors Euclide, Halverson, Schrader; Alderpersons Sevenich, Walther, Sowieja, Barr, Stroik, Phillips; Alderman-Elect Wiza, Alderman-Elect Barber; Police Captain Dowling, Fire Chief Barnes, Personnel Specialist Jakusz

1. Adjourn into closed session (approximately 6:35 p.m.) pursuant to:
A. Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) for
an update on bargaining.
B. Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(g) to discuss settlement agreement of a prohibitive practice claim filed against
the City.
2. Reconvene into open session (approximately 30 minutes after adjourning into closed session)
for possible action on the settlement agreement.
3. Adjournment.
1. Adjourn into closed session (approximately 6:40 P.M.) pursuant to:
A. Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) for an
update on bargaining.
B. Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(g) to discuss settlement agreement of a prohibitive practice claim filed against
the City.
Ald. Seiser moved, Ald. Molski seconded, to adjourn into closed session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Rackow, Alderpersons Markham, Seiser, Molski, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
2. Reconvene into open session (approximately
30 minutes after adjourning into closed session) for possible action on the settlement agreement.
Ald. Moore moved, Ald. Seiser seconded, to reconvene into open session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Rackow, Alderpersons Markham, Seiser, Molski, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Ald. Moore moved, Chairman Rackow seconded, to approve the settlement agreement with AFSCME Local 309 (Street/Parks
Union and Transit Union) and Local 348 (Clerical and Related) as negotiated by City Attorney Molepske.
Ayes, all; nay, none. Motion carried.
3. Adjournment - 7:20 P.M.
