Ald. Moore moved, Chairman Rackow seconded, to approve the settlement agreement with AFSCME Local 309 (Street/Parks Union and Transit Union) and Local 348 (Clerical and Related) as negotiated by City Attorney Molepske.

Ayes, all; nay, none. Motion carried.
