1. Request for part-time PM/Weekend Transit Supervisor Position.

Ald. Barber moved, Ald. Markham seconded, approval of the part-time (three quarter time) PM/Weekend Transit Supervisor position contingent upon continued funding through the UWSP U-Pass Program. If the U-Pass Program with UWSP is terminated, authority for this position is terminated not later than 10 (ten) working days following such termination. Ayes, all; nays, none.

Motion carried.

2. Consideration of adjustment to the 2003 and 2004 increase for non-represented employees.

Ald. Moore questioned what impact the adjustment would have on the levy. Mayor Wescott replied that it was built into the contingency. Ald. Moore moved, Ald. Molski seconded approval of the adjustment to the 2003 and 2004 increase for non-represented employees. Ayes, all; nays, none.

Motion carried.

3. Consideration of amendment to Administrative Policy 3.02.

Ald. Stroik moved, Ald. Markham seconded approval of the amendment to Administrative Policy 3.02.

Ayes, all; nays none. Motion carried.
