presentation
Tracy Aldrich, President of the Stevens Point Fire Fighters Association, gave a presentation regarding the Fire
Department budget and related overtime issues.
This will be an agenda item at the next meeting.
4. Approval of Minutes
Commissioner Boylan moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2003 meeting.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
5. Confirmation of Bills
Commissioner Boylan moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve the confirmation of the December 2003 bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
6. Police Chief's Report
Chief Carpenter reported:

Meyer, to approve the Police Chief's report for December, 2003.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
7. Fire Chief's Report

of his probationary period.
