1. Approval of minutes from the October 20, 2004 Transportation Commission meeting.

Elbert Rackow moved to approve the minutes from the October 20, 2004 Transportation Commission Meeting. Alderperson Molski seconded the motion.

Ayes All; Nays None; Motion Carried.

2. Update on UWSP U-Pass program statistics.

Manager Lemke reported the University ridership statistics:

September - 3304 rides
October - 4137 rides
November (through November 16th only) - 2583 rides

The UWSP East campus commute has increased ridership since the route change was made to include the apartments on Green Ave., and Doolittle Drive.

Manager Lemke has been working with her intern on developing brochures that are currently being distributed to various apartment complex residents around campus. Cooperation from Landlords was obtained and the brochures are individualized for each complex.

3. Update on Ben Franklin Student ridership statistics.

Manager Lemke reported the statistics for Ben Franklin ridership:

September - 169 rides
October - 219 rides
November - (through November 16th only) - 136

4. Draft proposal for UWSP U-Pass program for 2005-06 academic year.

Chairman Walther tabled this agenda item until the next Transportation Commission Meeting.

5. Next meeting date.

The next meeting of the Transportation Commission will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at 4:30 p.m.

6. Adjourn.
