1. Resolution authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds or Promissory Notes, in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $21,924,231.

Ald. Molski asked if the outstanding prior debt was included.

Comptroller/Treasurer Schlice stated we had already borrowed that and that it was already prior debt. That has nothing to do with this and he had not seen anything in the language that says we need to put it in there, but the City's financial advisor (Michael Harrigan, Ehlers & Associates) suggested we include it.

Ald. Molski moved, seconded by Ald. Walther, approval of the Resolution authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds or Promissory Notes, in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $21,924,231. Ayes, All; Nays, none; Motion carried.
