1 - ASSESSOR'S REPORT

Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Walther to approve the report of the Assessor and place it on file.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

2 - FUNDING FOR LIMITED TERM EMPLOYEE - PARKS DEPARTMENT

C/T Schlice stated that the recommendation is to approve the funding for the limited term employee with funding to come from contingency subject to approval from the Personnel Committee. He stated this has been done before with other departments who had an extended medical leave.

Motion made from Ald. Stroik, seconded by Ald. Barr to approve the funding for the limited term employee for the Parks Department with funding to come from contingency subject to approval from the Personnel Committee.

3 - FUNDING FOR ASBESTOS STUDY - RECOMMENDATION FROM BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS

Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Moore to approve the funding for the asbestos study.

Ald. Trzebiatowski questioned if we had a high proposal. He stated that we were going with the low proposal of $8995, but wanted to know if we had a high proposal.

Director Euclide stated that the high proposal was $200,000.

4 - APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF CLAIMS

Motion made by Ald. Stroik, seconded by Ald. Barr to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $513,847.89.

The claims were discussed.
