1. ASSESSOR'S REPORT
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Stroik to approve the report of the Assessor and place it on file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
2. URBAN FORESTRY GRANT
C/T Schlice stated that we have been awarded an urban forestry grant and we need to take action on it by December
1, 2005. There is no out of pocket expense other than those items that have already been budgeted in 2006 for labor
and planting. These expenses can be used as an offset to the grant. With this grant, we will be planting trees
in Iverson Park.
Motion made by Ald. Walther, seconded by Ald. Barr to approve the urban forestry grant.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
3. APPROVAL OF THE PAYMENT
OF CLAIMS
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Stroik to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $628,428.50.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
