1. ASSESSOR'S REPORT
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Stroik to approve the report of the Assessor and place it on file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
2. THIRD QUARTER ROOM TAX
REPORT
C/T Schlice stated that we are still tracking as expected and that there has been no material changes since 2nd
quarter.
Motion made by Ald. Walther, seconded by Ald. Moore to approve the 3rd quarter room tax report and place it on
file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
3. PORTAGE COUNTY ANIMAL
CONTROL CONTRACT
C/T Schlice stated that Portage County is entering into an agreement whereby the County will be the lead agency
in negotiating a contract with the Portage County Humane Society. The contract will provide service to the majority
of Portage County. Depending on the number of animals licensed the net cost to the City will be in line with past
contracts with the Human Society. To fund the program, Portage County has increased the license amount for dog
licenses. Staff recommends approval of the contract with Portage County.
Motion made by Ald. Barr, seconded by Ald. Molski to approve the Portage County Animal Control Contract.

4. APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
CLAIMS
Motion made by Ald. Stroik, seconded by Ald. Walther to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $436,703.50.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
