2. Approval of the January 5, 2005 Minutes
Motion was made by Okonek, seconded by Moore to
approve the Minutes of the January
5, 2005 Meeting.
Ayes; all, Nays; none. Motion carried.
3. Request to Rent Bandshell
for Special Event to Generate Funds for Global Relief/aid for Children. (Magdalena Inc. Kathleen St. Onge)
Withdrew request.
4. Request to Hold Annual
Fund Raiser in Pfiffner building (Town of Hull First Responders)
The Town of Hull First Responders would like to
rent the Pfiffner Building on June 18th to host a dinner as a fund raiser. They may also use the Bandshell for
music but that would be open to the public and free of charge.
Motion was made by Okoney, seconded by Hahner to approve the request of the Town of Hull First Responders using
the Pfiffner Building for a fund raiser.
Ayes; all, Nays; none. Motion carried.
5. Director's Report
There being no other business to come before the
Commission, motion was made by Okonek, seconded by Freckmann to adjourn at 6:40 p.m.
