1. Adjourn into closed session (approximately 6:15 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
19.85(1)(f) for discussion regarding a request for extended leave of absence.
2. Reconvene into open session (approximately 10 minutes after adjourning into closed session)
for possible action on the request for extended leave of absence.
3. Adjournment.
Chairman Molski called the meeting to order.
1. Adjourn into closed session
(6:51 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (f) for discussion regarding a request for extended leave of
absence.
Chairman Molski moved, Alderman Stroik seconded, to adjourn into closed session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Barber, Moore, Markham, Stroik.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
2. Reconvene into open session
(6:55 p.m.) for possible action on the request for extended leave of absence.
Alderman Markham moved, Alderman Moore, seconded, to reconvene into open session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Barber, Moore, Markham, Stroik.
Nays: None. Motion Carried.
Alderman Markham moved, Alderman Barber seconded to approve a leave of absence to the earliest event, thirty calendar
days or release by physician. Ayes all; nays none. Motion carried.
3. Adjournment - 6:57 p.m.
