Chairman Molski called the meeting to order.
Index of these Minutes:
1. Request extension of Airport Limited
Term Employees.
2. Request to refill vacancy
in the Police Department.
3. Adjourn into closed session (approximately 6:50 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
19.85(1)(e) and (f) for:
A. Update on Bargaining.
B. Request by employee to donate sick leave benefit to spouse.
4. Reconvene into open session (approximately 15 minutes after adjourning into closed session)
for action on the request by employee to donate sick leave benefit to spouse.
5. Adjournment.
1. Request Extension of Airport Limited Term Employees
Per Director Euclide's memo, he is requesting that
the initial six-month approval for the limited term employees at the airport be extended for one month. This extension
will allow for the airport advisory committee to make a recommendation on the future management and operation of
the airport.
Alderman Robinson moved, Alderman Barber seconded, all ayes to approve the one month extension as requested by
Director Euclide.
2. Request to refill vacancy
in the Police Department
Chairman Molski referred to Chief Morris' letter
to the Mayor which was included in the packet. It was noted that Mayor Wescott had reviewed and approved the request.
Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Robinson seconded, all ayes to approve filling the vacant captain's position and
subsequent vacancies in each of the ranks her absence creates.
3. Adjourn into closed session
(7:18 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) and (f) for:
A. Update on Bargaining
B. Request by employee to donate sick leave benefit to spouse
Alderman Barber moved, Alderman Hanson seconded, to adjourn into closed session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Barber, Wiza, Hanson, Robinson.
Nays: None. Motion Carried.
4. Reconvene into open session
(7:50 p.m.) for action on the request by employee to donate sick leave benefit to spouse.
Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Robinson seconded, to reconvene into open session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Barber, Wiza, Hanson, Robinson.
Nays: None. Motion Carried.
Alderman Barber moved, Alderman Wiza seconded, all ayes to deny the request by an employee to donate sick leave
to their spouse.
5. Adjournment - 7:50 p.m.
