Chairman Molski called the meeting to order.

1. Request approval of limited term employee - Parks Department.

3. Adjourn into closed session (approximately 6:30 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 19.85(e) for an update on bargaining.

1. Request approval of limited term employee - Parks Department.

Per his memo in the packet, Director Schrader is requesting permission to hire a limited term employee for a period of approximately 8 - 12 weeks due to an upcoming medical leave for a clerical employee.

Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Robinson seconded all ayes to approve hiring a limited term employee during the medical leave of absence in the Parks Department.

2. Request extension of Airport limited term employees.

Per the memo included in the packet, Director Euclide is requesting approval of a two month extension for the limited term employees at the airport. The additional time is being requested due to the lengthy review process of the proposals received.

Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Hanson seconded, all ayes, to approve extending the limited term employees at the airport an additional two months (August and September).

3. Adjourn into closed session (6:25 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for an update on bargaining.

Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Hanson seconded to adjourn into closed session.

Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Barber, Hanson, Robinson, Wiza.
Nays: None. Motion Carried.
