Personnel Specialist Jakusz stated that this is a budgeted part-time position.

Alderman Barber moved, Alderman Robinson seconded all ayes to approve refilling this
position.

2. Notice of Intent - Employee Seeking Public Office.

Chairman Molski stated that a City Administrative Policy requires employees who run for public office to notify the Personnel Committee.

Personnel Specialist Jakusz added that the appropriate action would be to place the notification on file.

Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Barber seconded all ayes to place Mr. Butkowski's notification on file.

3. Request to fill vacancy - Transit Department.

Personnel Specialist Jakusz sated that this is a budgeted part-time position.

Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Hanson seconded all ayes to approve filling the vacancy in the Transit Department.

4. Alderman Robinson moved, Alderman Barber seconded to adjourn in to closed session (6:20 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(f) for the purpose of reviewing a request for a medical leave of absence.

Nays: None. Motion carried.

5. Alderman Robinson moved, Alderman Barber seconded to reconvene into open session (6:25 p.m.) for possible action of the request for medical leave of absence.

Nays: None. Motion Carried.

Alderman Molski moved, Alderman Wiza seconded, all ayes to approve a 4-week medical leave of absence.
