Chairman Molski called the meeting to order.
1. Consideration of motion to adjourn into closed session (4:35 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute Sections 19.85 (1) (c) and (e) for the purpose of consideration of employment status and compensation of employees over which the Committee exercises jurisdiction and conferring with legal counsel who is rendering advice on potential litigation, including:
a) An update on bargaining with City unions;
b) Review of potential settlement with BCTGM Local 205 (Water & Wastewater)
Alderman Wiza moved, Alderman Molski seconded to
adjourn into closed session.
Roll call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Wiza, Barber, Robinson
Nays: None. Motion Carried
Alderman Robinson moved, Alderman Wiza seconded to reconvene into open session.
Roll call: Ayes: Chairman Molski, Alderpersons Wiza, Barber, Robinson
Nays: None. Motion Carried.
2. Reconvene into open session (5:00 p.m.)
for action on:
b) BCTGM Local 205 (Water & Wastewater) possible settlement.
Alderman Robinson moved, Alderman Barber seconded,
all ayes, to recommend approval of the settlement proposal with BCTGM Local 205 (Water & Wastewater) contingent
upon ratification by the Union.
3. Adjournment - 5:10 p.m.
