Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve Probationary Police Officer Steve Spath
to the rank of regular police officer status.

Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Schleihs, to approve the minutes of the June 14, 2005
meeting.

Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Schleihs, to accept the confirmation of the June 2005 bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
7. Request to approve out
of state travel for Chief Mark Barnes to attend the International Fire Chief's Conference in Denver, Colorado
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to approve out of state travel for Chief Mark Barnes
to attend the International Fire Chief's Conference in Denver, Colorado.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
8. Fire Chief's Report
Chief Barnes reported:

Pazdernik, to approve the Fire Chief's report for June 2005.

9. Discussion, with possible

Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve out of state travel for Sgt. Tony Babl
to attend the MOCIC Conference in Lake Ozark, Missouri September 27 - 29, 2005.
