Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve the addition of Daniel Benz to the Fire
Department eligibility list.

5. Approval of Minutes
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to approve the minutes of October 11, 2005.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
6. Confirmation of Bills
Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Schleihs, to accept the confirmation of the October 2005
bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
7. Progress on addressing
interest raised in the employee's internal plan survey
The individual strategic planning groups continue to meet to develop an action plan to begin implementing possible
proposed changes addressed by the groups.
On December 8th there will be a Department meeting at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room B at the Police Department.
The following issues will be discussed: budget, Department organizational structure, strategic planning internal
survey and computer system. The individual internal strategic planning groups will give a brief presentation to
Department members outlining the progress of their work to date.

Schleihs, to approve the Police Chief's report for October, 2005.

9. Fire Chief's Report
Chief Barnes reported:

Schleihs, to approve the Fire Chief's report for October, 2005.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
