Schleihs, to adjourn into executive session.

3. Reconvene into open session
(approximately 5:30 p.m.) for possible action on item numbers 2(a), 2(b), 2(c) and 2(d).
Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to reconvene into open session.
Roll call: Ayes: Commissioners Judy, Meyer, Pazdernik, Schleihs and Taylor
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve Captain John Zinda to the position of Deputy
Chief when the appropriate vacancy occurs.
Roll call: Ayes: Commissioners Judy, Meyer, Pazdernik, Schleihs and Taylor
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to approve Brian Spence to the position of Lead
Paramedic effective when the shifts are aligned on January 3rd 2006.
Roll call: Ayes: Commissioners Judy, Meyer, Pazdernik, Schleihs and Taylor
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve Firefighter/Paramedic Mark Kitowski to regular
status following the successful completion of his probationary period.
Roll call: Ayes: Commissioners Judy, Meyer, Pazdernik, Schleihs and Taylor
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Meyer, to approve Police Officer Matt Drossel to regular
status following the successful completion of his probationary period.
Roll call: Ayes: Commissioners Judy, Meyer, Pazdernik, Schleihs and Taylor
Nays: None. Motion carried.

5. Approval of Minutes -
November 15, 2005
Commissioner Taylor moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to approve the minutes of November 15, 2005.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
6. Confirmation of Bills
Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Schleihs, to accept the confirmation of the November 2005 bills.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

Schleihs, to approve the Police Chief's report for November, 2005.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
8. Fire Chief's Report: Chief Barnes reported:

Taylor, to approve the Fire Chief's report for November, 2005.
Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
