1. Adjourn into executive session
(approximately 4:45 p.m.)
Commissioner Pazdernik moved, seconded by Commissioner Schleihs, to adjourn into executive session pursuant to
Section 19.85(1) (b) and 1 (c), Wis. Stats. for a Fire Department personnel issue.

Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
2. Reconvene into open session
(approximately 5:00 p.m.)
Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to reconvene into open session for possible action.

Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
Commissioner Schleihs moved, seconded by Commissioner Pazdernik, to approve President Judy signing an Employment
Status Agreement (ESA) pertaining to Firefighter/Paramedic Michael B. Wheeler when an appropriate request letter
or verbal agreement with the ESA is received from Firefighter/Paramedic Wheeler and/or his attorney. The Agreement
will address Firefighter/Paramedic Wheeler's employment status while a defendant in criminal charge(s) brought
by the United States of America. The Agreement will be in effect for a period not to exceed six (6) months or conviction/disposition
of the charges. The spokesperson for the Commission on this issue will be City Attorney Louis Molepske.
