1. Recommendation of License List.

Chairperson Sevenich stated that there was a supplement list that the members should have and that copies were available for anyone else.

Ald. Stroik moved, Ald. Hanson seconded, approval of the license list and supplemental list.
Ayes, all; Nays, none; Motion carried.

Ald. Barber arrived at 6:47 p.m.

2. Ordinance amendment - Building and Premises Maintenance and Occupancy - Keeping of Animals.

Chairperson Sevenich stated that this ordinance amendment was on last Monday's committee meeting agenda but was not acted upon by mistake.

Mayor Wescott stated that all this amendment was doing was striking out the words "farm or" from the definition.

Ald. Hanson moved, Trzebiatowski seconded, approval of the change to the definition.
Ayes, all; Nays, none; Motion carried.
