1. PARKING METER REPORT (ATTACHMENT)

C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Barr
to accept the March 2005 Parking Meter Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
2. CONSIDERATION OF BID:
#07-05 - 2005 TOPSOIL, SEEDING, AND FERTILIZING PROJECT (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott said the low bid was from Stuczynski Trucking of Stevens Point, it's under budget and they have worked
for the City in the past.
Alderperson Stroik asked why there was such a difference in the bids and Director Euclide said he couldn't say,
they all received the same bid documents.
Alderperson Stroik moved, seconded by Alderperson Sowieja to accept the low bid from Stuczynski Trucking of Stevens
Point in the amount of $68,908.80 for Project #07-05 - 2005 Topsoil, Seeding, and Fertilizing Project.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.

Director Euclide presented his report saying the
sweepers are still out for repair, the promised finish date has changed several times.
Alderperson Markham asked what the next phase is on the airport fuel remediation.
Director Euclide said it will be sump pumps and vacuum extraction, there will be approximately 50-points, it's
not quite finalized. He said we are securing a final guaranteed cost for the cleanup.
Mayor Wescott said the there will be a public meeting with the contractor for the Southside Project on Thursday,
April 14th at 5:30 p.m. at P.J. Jacobs, in the cafeteria.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by C/T Schlice to accept the Director's Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
