1. PARKING METER REPORT: (ATTACHMENT)

Alderperson Barr moved, seconded by C/T Schlice
to accept the May 2005 Parking Meter Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
2. CONSIDERATION OF BIDS:

A) #11-05 GOERKE PARK CONCRETE STUCCO PROJECT
Mayor Wescott said no bids were received and the Engineering Department will re-bid the project; they will send notices out state wide to see if that will draw in more contractors.
B) #13-05 INFLUENT SCREEN REPLACEMENT-STEVENS POINT WATER DEPARTMENT
Mayor Wescott said this is a Water Department Project
and the bid received is from Staab Construction of Marshfield in the amount of $299,700. He referred to Director
Euclide's report saying the Director recommended approval, the bid came in within estimate and under budget.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by Alderperson Walther to accept the bid from Staab Construction Corporation of Marshfield
Wisconsin in the amount of $299,700.00 for project #13-05 - Influent Screen Replacement-Stevens Point Water Department.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
3. POLICY FOR ASBESTOS PROCEDURE
(REVISED POLICY ATTACHED)
Director Schrader said he has been working with the State to put together and adopt a policy on a procedure to
follow when asbestos is encountered in a building.
Alderperson Moore suggested changing paragraph two for alternatives if the asbestos doesn't have to be removed.
Director Schrader said he will make a change to show encapsulating the material as an option.
Alderperson Moore moved, seconded by Alderperson Wiza to adopt the policy with a revision in paragraph two to show
encapsulating the material as an option.

4. RESOLUTION FROM BUREAU
OF AERONAUTICS FOR "AIRPORT RUNWAY MARKING PROGRAM" (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott said this was self-explanatory, the State has a Runway Marking Program that they fully fund but we
are required to approve the resolution as presented in the packet.
Alderperson Wiza moved, seconded by Alderperson Sevenich to approve the resolution for the Runway Marking Program
as presented.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
5. JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER
AGREEMENT WITH DOT - SOUTHBOUND BUSINESS 51 (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott referred to Director Euclide's Report saying the area will be transferred after the completion of
the State project this fall. He said the recommendation is for approval.
Alderperson Walther moved, seconded by Alderperson Barr to approve the Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement as presented
by the Wisconsin DOT.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
6. AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH
FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION FOR HIGHWAY 10/BRILOWSKI ROAD (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott referred to Director Euclide's Report and he said the recommendation is to approve the agreement
in the amount of $23,800.00.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by C/T Schlice to approve the agreement with Earth Tech in the amount of $23,800.00
for Property Acquisition for Highway 10/Brilowski Road.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
7. RELOCATION ORDER - HIGHWAY
10 - TREDER AVENUE TO BADGER AVENUE (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott said this is an extension of the Municipal Agreement that was approved by the Board last fall and
at Plan Commission last week and he said it is described in the Director's Report.
C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Wiza to approve the Relocation Order as presented.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.

Alderperson Wiza moved, seconded by Mayor Wescott to accept the Director's Report and place it on file.
