C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Barr
to accept the June 2005 Parking Meter Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
2. CONSIDERATION OF BIDS:
#14-05 GOERKE PARK CONCRETE STUCCO PROJECT
No bids received.
3. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSAL:
(ATTACHMENT) ASBESTOS SURVEY OF CITY OWNED BUILDINGS - CITY OF STEVENS POINT
Mayor Wescott said this was covered in Director Euclide's Report, he said it will go before the Finance Committee
for funding and he recommended approval.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by C/T Schlice to approve the proposal from Environmental Management Consulting Inc.
in the amount of $8,995.00 and to forward the recommendation to the Finance Committee for funding.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.

Director Euclide presented his report and added that major repair is planned for Jefferson Street from Division
to Texas. He said they will be milling two-inches off and putting on a new two-inch overlay and patching where
there is no curb and gutter. He added there will be some repair to Dixon Street, not the same as Jefferson Street
because we don't have the funds. The tentative start date is August 1st and should take about three-weeks.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by Alderperson Wiza to accept the Director's Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
