C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Barr
to accept the November 2005 Parking Meter Report and place it on file.

2. TRAFFIC STUDY (ATTACHMENT)
#TS-05-09:ADD STOP SIGNS:
EASTBOUND TRAFFIC ON SONGBIRD LN. AT BADGER AVE.
SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC ON SONGBIRD LN. AT WINDY DR.
Mayor Wescott said the information on the Traffic
Study was included in the packet.
Alderperson Walther moved, seconded by Alderperson Sevenich to approve Traffic Study #TS-05-09 as presented.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
3. STREET VACATIONS: (ATTACHMENTS)
A) KREMBS AVENUE
B) DIVISION STREET
Mayor Wescott said the Director's report recommends
approval of these street vacations and he moved, seconded by Alderperson Moore to approve the Krembs Avenue and
Division Street vacations as presented.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
4. REVISIONS TO HIGHWAY 10
RELOCATION ORDER (ATTACHMENT)
Mayor Wescott said the Director had recommended approval and as indicated in his report the revisions were house
keeping items.
Alderperson Wiza moved, seconded by Mayor Wescott to approve the revisions to the Highway 10 Relocation Order as
presented.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
5. CONSIDERATION/ACTION OF
BID: (ATTACHMENT) WATER DEPARTMENT - PAINT WATER STREET WATER TOWER
Mayor Wescott referred to the memo from Director Halverson indicating the low bid was from TMI Coatings of St.
Paul Minnesota in the amount of $363,900 and he moved, seconded by Alderperson Wiza to accept the bid as presented.
Alderperson Wiza noted bids were also sought from Wisconsin contractors and Mayor Wescott said this project was
part of the Water Department budget.
The Mayor called for a voice vote on the motion.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
6. CONSIDERATION/ACTION OF
PROPOSAL (ATTACHMENT) WATER DEPARTMENT - INSPECTION SERVICES RELATED TO WATER STREET TOWER PAINTING
Director Halverson referred to the attachment from Dixon Engineering saying they were the organization that secured
and processed the bids. She said the inspectors will have at least three to five years experience with this type
of work and she added the amount for approval is up to but not to exceed $16,477.00.
C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Barr to approve the proposal from Dixon Engineering of Hales Corners
Wisconsin for inspection services not to exceed $16,477.00.

7. DIRECTOR'S REPORT (ATTACHMENT)

Mayor Wescott said Director Euclide was unable to
be here this evening and Surveyor Hild would answer any questions.
The Mayor referred to the Planned Airport Improvement portion of the Director's Report saying we have not yet heard
from the Bureau of Aeronautics regarding funding but we expect to at any time.
He also said we may have a hearing with the railroad on the grade separation on Hoover Road as early as January.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by C/T Schlice to accept the Director's Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
