Chairperson Hans Walther called the meeting
to order at 4:30 p.m.
1. Approval of the minutes
from the November 3, 2005 Transportation Commission meeting.
Bob Woehr moved to approve and affirm the action taken at the November 3, 2005 Transportation Commission meeting. Elbert Rackow seconded the motion.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion Carried
2. Review draft of Advertising
Policy.
The Commission reviewed the draft advertising policy.
Suggestions for revision to the draft were made. Elbert Rackow and Manager Lemke will make the suggested revisions
to the policy and submit the final policy for approval at the next Transportation Commission meeting.
3. Manager's Report:
October Revenue and Ridership Statistics
Manager Lemke reported that the fixed route October
ridership was up 23.65% over 2004. The ridership for Point Plus was up 7.44%. Revenue generated in October was
$21,866.35.
As a side note to the Manager's Report Chairperson Walther informed the Commission that Mayor Wescott has requested
that Manager Lemke make a presentation to the City Council in January.
4. Recommendation for approval
of the Manager's Report.
Alderperson Robinson moved to approve the Manager's
Report and place it on file. Fred Hopfensperger seconded the motion.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
5. Next meeting date.
The next Transportation Commission meeting will
be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2005.
6. Adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:25 p.m.
