Chairman Mayor Wescott noted that Item #3 has been
removed from the agenda.
1. Approval of the November 6, 2006 Plan Commission Minutes
Fred Steffen moved, seconded by Jeff Zabel, to recommend approval of the minutes of November 6, 2006.
Ayes all; Nays none; Motion carried.
2. Conditional Use to Operate
a Group Home - 1034 Francis St.
Chairman Wescott reviewed the staff memo and noted there have been no problems with the property.
Ald. Barber indicated he has received no opposition to this request.
Erwin Davis, applicant, stated they have three persons living there now. We are licensed for four persons.
Fred Steffen moved, seconded by Jeff Zabel, to recommend approval of the conditional use for a group home at 1034
Francis Street based on the following restrictions: 1) the site must meet all applicable state and federal requirements,
2) occupancy shall be limited to 4 unrelated persons that have developmental disabilities, 3) occupants shall not
include persons assigned by the justice system; 4) conditional use to expire on December 31, 2009. Ayes all; Nays
none; Motion carried.
3. Require a Garage with
any New Single Family or Two Family Construction
No Action - removed from agenda.
The next Plan Commission meeting will be Monday, January 8, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.
