Ald. Myers moved, Ald. Trzebiatowski seconded, approval of the Mayor's appointments to various boards and commissions. Ayes, all; nays none; motion carried.

Ald. Molski moved, Ald. Hanson seconded, approval of the Mayor's appointments of council members to standing committees. Ayes, all; nays none; motion carried.

4. Nominations and election of President of the Council.

Mayor Halverson called for nominations for President of the Common Council.

Ald. Molski nominated Ald. Walther, seconded by Slowinski.

Ald. Hanson nominated Ald. Moore, seconded by Wiza.

Ald. Barber nominated Ald. Stroik, due to a lack of a second Mayor Halverson ruled nomination failed.

Ald. Molski moved, seconded by Myers, to close nominations. Ayes, all; nays none; motion carried.

The ballots were distributed and after counting the ballots, Ald. Walther was elected President of the Common Council with seven (7) votes, Ald. Moore received three (3) votes.

Ald. Walther moved, seconded by Ald. Wiza, to adjourn. Ayes, all; nays none; motion carried.
