Special City Council Meeting
October 8, 2007, 5:55 P.M.

Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.
Mayor Andrew J. Halverson, Presiding

Roll Call: Alderpersons Walther, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Stroik, Brooks, Moore.

Absent: Ald. Myers.

Also Present: City Clerk Moe, City Attorney Molepske, Comptroller/Treasurer Schlice, Chief Morris, Chief Barnes, Capt. Ruder, Director Gardner, Director Schrader, Director Halverson, Assessor Siebers, Specialist Jakusz, Dennis Laidlaw, Jeff Hild, Alex Saunders, Gene Kemmeter (Gazette).

2. Consideration of Temporary Class "B"/ "Class B" Retailer's License for St. Joseph
Parish Fall Fest on October 14, 2007.

Mayor Halverson reviewed the memo from the City Clerk.

Ald. Molski moved, seconded by Ald. Hanson, to approve the request for a Temporary Class "B"/ "Class B" Retailer's License for St. Joseph Parish Fall Fest on October 14, 2007.

Adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
