Roll Call: Alderpersons Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Stroik, Brooks, Moore.

Excused: Ald. Walther.

Also Present: City Clerk Moe, Comptroller/Treasurer Schlice, Director Gardner.

2. Motion to enter into closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(E) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of developing a strategic negotiation plan with TOLD Development (AIG) and Dial Corporation (Mall).

Ald. Molski moved, seconded by Ald. Stroik to adjourn into closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(E) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of developing a strategic negotiation plan with TOLD Development (AIG) and Dial Corporation (Mall).

Roll Call: Ayes: Alderpersons Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Stroik, Brooks, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion adopted.
