Special City Council Meeting

Mayor Andrew Halverson, presiding
Roll Call: Alderpersons Myers (7:32 p.m.), Walther, Hanson, Wiza (7:32p.m.), Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski (7:32 p.m.), Molski, Stroik, Brooks, Moore.
Also Present: City Clerk Moe, Comptroller/Treasurer Schlice.
Mayor Halverson called for a brief recess at 7:31 p.m. Returned at 7:32 p.m.
2. Corrective Ordinance repealing section 21.03(16)(b)3
of the Animal Ordinance.
Ald. Stroik moved, seconded by Ald. Molski to approve the Corrective Ordinance repealing section 21.03(16)(b)3
of the Animal Ordinance.
Roll Call: Ayes: All
Nays: None. Motion carried.
3. Motion to enter into closed session pursuant
to 19.85(1)(E) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of update on strategic negotiation plan with Dial Corporation
(Mall).
Ald. Trzebiatowski moved, seconded by Ald. Walther to adjourn into closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(E) of the
Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of update on strategic negotiation plan with Dial Corporation (Mall).
Roll Call: Ayes: Alderpersons Myers, Walther, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Stroik, Brooks,
Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
