1. ACTIVATE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
- 1728 BRILOWSKI ROAD.
C/T Schlice stated we have had a number of these over the years and when they are annexed, we need to activate
the special assessment.
Motion made by Ald. Stroik, seconded by Ald. Hanson to approve activating the special assessment on 1728 Brilowski
Road.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
2. APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF
DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT FROM SCORPIO PROPERTIES, LLC TO REDWOOD VENTURES, LLC.
C/T Schlice stated there is no financial obligation to the City, it is a pay-as-you-go project within the TIF District
and the developers agreements do allow for transfer of ownership and transfer of accepting the developers agreement.
The City Attorney has drafted the transfer agreement.
Motion made by Ald. Walther, seconded by Ald. Moore to approve the transfer of the developers agreement from Scorpio
Properties, LLC to Redwood Ventures, LLC.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
3. APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
CLAIMS.
The claims were discussed.
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Moore to approve the payment of claims in the amount of $233,706.37.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
